Rain Down On Me

Journal Entry: Wed Aug 13, 2008, 9:13 PM
  • Mood: Thanks
  • Listening to: Tiesto +Kane- Rain Down On Me
I've been running through this town,
I've been combing every street.
I've been searching for the reason within reasons,
Been searching for the higher ground in me.
And I've been trying to surrender,
To trust in every word. All my days of misery,
Someone could have taken them from me.

I've been searching for myself,
For so many times.
I've been searching for the answer within answers,
But no one seems to know what's on my mind.

So tell me where you are,
Tell me how you feel.
Tell me what you need,
Just tell me how you feel.
And let it all just rain on me,
Let it all just rain on me,
Let it all just rain on me....
Rain down on me.

well, it sounds like he needs to be prosecuted, but it also sounds like the "interim-government" has to resign and hold elections...but that's based on the little information I got...

haha yes it is really depressing...and yes -he- is going to buy the football club...Wonder where he's going to get the money from as the thai govern is going to conceal his assets (most of them, as far as Im awared of). The strange thing is, lots of ppl "said" that by doing this to him, it will make him come back to thailand..and if he came, they will (secretly) "prosecute" him...

*sighs*..there's too much jealousy and corruption here hei..
~Thomas-Mifune:iconThomas-Mifune: Jun 21, 2007, 7:36:03 AM
jeez...sounds really depressing...ow and just today Thaksin announced that he wants to buy English football club Manchester City for 162 million euros!

Mm..they literally boming almost everywhere in the far south of thailand nowaday...and Im glad you weren't there that time (or this time)...it's a risky trip these days (to go to the south)...and no one do anything about it, like no-one taking a real action (except the poor soilder in those areas, whom god-know what will happen to them)..
Im sure there will be a headline about someone being killed tmr morning from there..and the next day..and the next day...*sighs*

And the election...we'll just have to wait and see...
~Thomas-Mifune:iconThomas-Mifune: Jun 18, 2007, 11:15:15 AM
thanks for the link! strange to read about bombings in cities I've walked through 4 years ago...(I remember the first escalation after I left Thailand was an attack on a police post in Songhkla, where I had been like 8 months before it happened... :-s

Strange too that there's still no election...when the coup was commited I remember that they said they would have elections within 6 months or so...as a historian these developments sounds a bit suspicious... I just hope for the good...

Hello! I am a ok..and yourself?

your gallery is very interesting
~Thomas-Mifune:iconThomas-Mifune: Jun 17, 2007, 4:23:26 PM
so the situation is kinda strange at the moment...do they already know when there'll be new elections?
The reason I'm interested is, probably, because I study history. Ever since we got the news of the coup here I've been wondering what happened after :)

~SweetMis:iconSweetMis: Jun 17, 2007, 7:43:10 AM
*Thomas-Mifune: that's right it's wierd...Well, it is now in the "new" appionted govenment (by the King)..And personally I don't think he's doing anything at all *eyes rolling*...

(How come you seems so interested in this topic, may I ask? :)
~Thomas-Mifune:iconThomas-Mifune: Jun 17, 2007, 3:13:54 AM
jeez, that's sounds weird...but who governs the country now, is it still the army? or is there a new elected government, or an appointed one?

*Thomas-Mifune:...I was serious though about that question :D..I don't really like it here :p.. ANyhow, after that day..thailand is in a very strange and difficult situation....Just this morning there's a "Top Secret" document from a Muslim community (sent it to our house by my sister who's in Phuket right now) saying that they're going to take over thailand..blah blah blah...I can show u if you like but it's in Thai lang (translated from whatever the lang' they use..(Im not sure how many people in thailand have seen it)...And on the other news..the last prime minister (not sure if u've heard)..He's in trouble again, and now there's a protest in BKK about him (and other many things)....*sighs*....

Can you imagine?
~Thomas-Mifune:iconThomas-Mifune: Jun 15, 2007, 9:26:22 AM
I was just kidding :) Thailand must be nice to be...how is the situation politically btw, I remember the coup d'etat the army commited last year, but we never heard what happened afterwards here...

Oh Im sorry to hear that..Was it because you have to get up too early that day? (hehe Im just teasin) :D Yes, I pretty much can tell that it is a sad pic (After I read your pic's comment)..However, when I looked at the picture all I felt was just the chilliness of the atmosphere (which I love..I love winter), and the lonesome feelin if having to stand there (alone)

By the way..Atleast you weren't just visiting capitol city or Phuket Island..Well done! lol...And hope you did like it here ^^...
~Thomas-Mifune:iconThomas-Mifune: Jun 14, 2007, 7:42:50 AM
well, thanks for the compliment! it was a sad moment though...
I haven't been north of Ayuthaya in Thailand, but I've been as south as Narathiwat and Krabi, and of course I've been to Kanchanaburi to see the bridge and the railroad track...
